CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL
 AND REFUND POLICY

CAREGIVING COURSE
(Caregiving NC II - WTR No.0704A022243)

A student has the right to cancel this enrollment agreement and obtain refund after a prior
notice in writing to the Course Coordinator.

He/She has the right to refund all the payments made if cancellation of the agreement was
made on or before the first day of the course/module. He/she will be paid within two weeks
after the receipt of cancellation notice.

If the cancellation or withdrawal took place after the course/module has been started, he/she
will receive a pro rata refund of the payment made if he/she has attended sixty percent (60%)
or less of the course. If attendance is more than 60%, he/ she is no longer entitled of any refund.
