フィリピン国へ犬、猫を持ち込む場合の必要事項

　　　　　１） フィリピン国ケソン市ディリマン、ビサヤ通りにある動物産業局
　　　　動物衛生課に規定の申請書にて、又は以下の事項を含めた要請書を
　　　　動物産業局局長宛に輸入許可の申請をする。

　　　a)          動物の種類、品種
b)         性別、色と数
c)         到着日時

２）   持ち込む動物が５匹を超える場合、検疫所にての検査が必要です。
３）    申請費用１００ペソ、検査費用は１匹につき２５０ペソで３匹目より
　　１匹２００ペソとなります。
　　　マニラ国際空港到着時、動物検疫所にて支払えます。
４）    日本からの健康診断書を到着時提出する。
５）    許可は２ヶ月有効。延長される場合は期限内に申請する。
